1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and Taras Romaniuk, an individual, Tvorcha St 16, 79037 Lviv, Ukraine (“we”), who provides Folybot: the Telegram bot @folydevbot and the website folybot.app. By tapping “I agree”, or “Join” on a team invite, or by using Folybot, you accept these Terms. You may use Folybot if you meet Telegram’s age requirements.

2. The service and plans

Free: up to 10 active reminders and 10 new meetings per calendar month (cancelled ones count too). People, notes, the digest, CSV export and deleting your data are free, and so is the AI that reads times and languages, makes short titles and suggests a forward’s next step (with your AI consent). Pro (400 ⭐ for 30 days) opens deals and teams, removes the limits and adds AI suggestions, What I know, the smart digest, voice notes (up to 10 min each, 60 min a day), several tasks from one message and reading photos. AI requests a day: up to 30 on Free and 100 on Pro. We may change the Free limits after notice in the bot.

3. Pro subscription, payment and refunds

Pro is a 30-day Telegram Stars subscription that renews automatically. Cancel the renewal any time in /settings, in “My tasks” → Settings or in Telegram (Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions); the plan lasts until the end of the paid period. Payment is accepted in Telegram Stars only and goes through Telegram; Telegram is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Folybot. Prices for new subscriptions may change; an active subscription keeps its price until you cancel it.

Pro starts as soon as you pay. Before every payment the bot asks you separately to confirm that you want Pro to start at once and understand that from then on the 14-day right of withdrawal given by consumer-protection law ends. After payment the bot repeats this confirmation in the chat. Stars are therefore not refunded, except when Pro did not work through our fault, or when the law or Telegram’s rules require a refund. Invites. While Settings show the “Invite a friend” block, you can share your link. When someone who came by it and accepted these Terms makes their first payment for the Pro subscription (not a one-time week or month) within 60 days of that, you get 14 days of Pro; if you have a running subscription, those days start after the paid period, once no renewal comes. The reward is for the first subscription payment only, not renewals, and at most 12 a year. If that payment is refunded, the days are taken back. Whoever comes by a link gets 7 days of Pro right after accepting the Terms. Pro days cannot be exchanged for Stars or money.

The Pro week is a one-time payment of 49 ⭐ for 7 days of Pro, once per account, for someone who has never paid for Pro; it does not renew. Whoever bought the week and has never subscribed may once buy a discounted Pro month, a one-time payment of 300 ⭐ for 30 days of Pro, from a day before the week ends until 3 days after it; it does not renew. Deleting your data and coming back does not give them again. Pro starts as soon as you pay, and the 14-day right of withdrawal ends; refunds follow the same rules as for the subscription, and a refunded one still counts as used.

Pro for the team is the team owner’s 30-day subscription that renews automatically: 3 seats for 1020 ⭐; 5 seats for 1600 ⭐; 10 seats for 2800 ⭐. Members have Pro while they are in the team and the subscription runs; the owner gets a seat first, then members by when they joined. Packs add up, and a running pack keeps its price. Switch a pack’s renewal off in “My tasks” → Deals → Team or in Telegram; the seats last until the end of the paid period. A refund of the payment ends Pro for all the pack’s members at once. A pack never cancels a member’s own subscription.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Folybot for spam, harassment or unlawful content, to collect other people’s data in bulk, or to try to break or overload the service. Through the bot you pass other people’s messages to us, so do it only when you are entitled to. If you break these rules, we may limit or close your access to Folybot.

5. Your data and intellectual property

Your reminders and notes stay yours, and deals belong to the team that works on them: you give us only the right to process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. Folybot, its code, name and design belong to us.

Creating deals and teams, inviting to a team and joining one need Pro; without Pro your team’s deals stay visible and editable. When a member leaves the team or the owner removes them, the deals they handled stay with the team and go to the owner. When the owner deletes their data, the team goes to its longest-standing member, and if the owner is alone in it, the team is deleted with its deals. When no member has had Pro for a year, the team is deleted with its deals; we warn you in the bot 30 days before. By adding a person to a deal you show the team their name, @username and photo, so do it only when you are entitled to.

6. AI, availability and liability

The service is provided as is. AI and the rules can get a time or a meaning wrong, so check the confirmation of every reminder. Folybot depends on Telegram, Google and AI services, so we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation or the delivery of every reminder. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This limit does not apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to death or personal injury, and it does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

7. Termination and changes

You can stop using Folybot any time with /forget, which deletes your data. We may stop providing Folybot after at least 30 days’ notice in the bot, refunding the Stars for the unused part of the paid period, or at once if you break these Terms. We will announce material changes to these Terms in the bot at least 14 days ahead; if you disagree, you can stop using Folybot before they take effect.

8. Law, disputes and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms together with the Privacy policy are the entire agreement between us about Folybot.
